It's a great thing to immerse your mind in during recovery! And, everyone starts as an amateur. And, yes, re-focusing on honorable intentions towards others and oneself is such a helpful strategy for coping with this horrible ordeal.
The Reiki symbols are very lovely. At some point, I may buy some stones with the symbols engraved on them.
