Ha! As Caroline says -- a gal right up my alley. Petu, you have been through so much. My hat’s off to you.
I don’t think you need to choose between a Kundalini awakening, psychological stress from all you’ve been through over the last many years, and physical disruption from the many meds. It can be all three things at the same time.
There is a Chinese phrase “hsiang sheng” which is an alternative way of looking at things from our Western a > b causality way of looking at things. You can read about it here --

Everything that is happening to you is happening *together* for a reason.
Another way of looking at it was just mentioned to me today – Historically, most cultures had some recognized form of spiritual awakening or shamanic initiation. Our modern Western cultures do not. So, trauma is often the path to one’s awakening or initiation.
Yet another way of looking at it is that, even if you are living a decent life, if you are not on your truest path to your destiny, the universe / Tao / God will enlist anything it can to nudge you to where you’re supposed to be....or hit you over the head if need be....
Regardless, the first priority must always be to take as good care of yourself as possible and do what you can to be safe, healthy, and happy…..then you keep putting one foot in front of the other along the spiritual path you already know a lot about.
It’s an excellent sign that you are seeing so much improvement so soon! I know -- soon? But, yes, it’s soon compared to a lot of other people. This bodes well for your continued healing.
What are you doing that helps you?
Do you have a sense of what you are “supposed” to do with your gifts when you feel better? Are you still interested in the chi-ball?
Did you see this little essay on SA? –
