    (the thread was closed, a mistake?)

    i do not know if you are right about anxiety, it is too early i think;
    i would say that nothing is won, i have severe problems for nights, and we do not know how it will evolve; the mornings are as nights, trembling akathisia and then fade slowly, i have mitral valve problem also (i will recheck next year),
    one thing is sure, during day i have really feelings that i have made progress (suffer more less psychological)
    but the ribcage/spinal pains are constantly with me, how will it evolve?
    until this period i had doubt, now i have hope signs; if no complication, with time, my body will be able to improve until the 80%
    keep in mind the pattern rubik's cube is always ordering the process
    12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg
    62 years old - for GAD - 4 years 3 months meds free [since april 2009]

    vegetables soup - orange (vit C) - curcuma - some meat or fish

    There may be still some way to go, but your improvement in the last couple of months is so visible - I can see it in your post and their "aura" - they emanate so much more optimism, and energy in general, than at any time in the past.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

    Wow! Progress! Hope! That's beautiful, Stan!

    Meds free since June 2005.

    "An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

    As Sheila mentioned, "Beautiful for sure Stan!" I won't write more since, I have already expressed many thoughts to you several day ago. Hope you have a great weekend and sincerely hope your night's become better real soon!

    I myself don't get much sleep (only 3-4 hours on average each night). ONCE in a while I will get 6 or 7 hours but that occur many weeks apart but eventually the sleep cycle will improve.

    Anyway, I know you will heal soon! The worst is behind you now Stan! You're on your way!

    BTW, just noticed SO MANY new emoticons. Thanks for making things more fun and interesting!

    Oh Stan, that is so very sweet of you to be concerned about the rest of us but you DESERVE to be recovered, happy and to get your life back as soon as possible. We would love to see this for you!

    Do NOT feel the least bit guilty! You have suffered for very long and we will be SO HAPPY to see you recover!

    If you recover before us, you can be extra caring towards us since, we will need it to continue on in the recovery journey.

    I very much hope you turn the corner real soon!

    hi all,

    i have:

    - constantly ribcage and spinal in fire and pain (sometime with shoulders)
    - outdoor i am very much better with the chest pain when walk, a little more energy, but still fatigued (maybe fibromyalgia ribcage/spinal)
    - akathisia standing has improved a little
    - derealization is rare and mild
    - at night dry mouth, dry eyes, nocturia, legs burning and vibration in all body, blood pressure: 15;

    during day i am so much better without this tension so high! I still have tension, but so less!!!
    i am emotional, sensitive but even forget anxiety... (it is a good sign, i was anxious all my life)
    nights are always a problem but it gives me serious hope seeing my real improvements

    finally my visible repair has started, i know it will need months and months and that all will not be perfect

    i am waiting 33 months mark
    This is great news, Stan I am so glad to hear it!!!

    Also, the body tension you mentioned in another post...this started to let up significantly for me around the 3 1/2 year mark...not saying it will take you that long, but it is completely gone for me now. I may have mentioned this before...I used a hot water bottle on the back of my shoulders/neck for about two years when I went to bed and it did help.

    i am not recovered and have many problems, some are heavy, but i lived a state which i can reach in the future, tension is back but maybe more less; you have taken 3,5 years !!! I will need 10 months more to reach your famous 42 months; so we will approach the 3 , 4 years to be better; at the beginning i thought 18 months, then 24, then 36, and finally will have to wait 42 months... i never thought this before;
    and i think i will have to wait then 5, then 6 years
    incredible!!! long termer are really devastate!
