I am so sorry that you have had such a bad experience with the antidepressant Seroplex / escitoprolam / Lexapro. You have had a classic, terrible experience with doctors and psychotropic medications.
That is very shocking that you dislocated your shoulder in your sleep! I believe it. I had extreme muscle tension during my taper off Paxil, and awoke daily with my head tilted all the way back, and I couldn't tilt it forward for an hour or so.
You completed your taper off Seroplex in March 2012. You are right to expect that it will take some time for your body to recover fully from the damaging effects of the drug, but you *will* heal.
