Hey, DV! As difficult as it may be for you right now - all the symptoms (exhaustion, weight loss, and others), there's no doubt in my mind that you will heal. The most important thing is that you realize why you're feeling the way you feel (Paxil). This knowledge will help you to go through the withdrawal process and recover. The symptoms are reversible too. Your body is fighting day and night to recalibrate itself successfully. Also, you took Paxil for only 20 months, which is not too long.
Keep walking. Just keep walking.
hello deroxat-victim,
dandruff hair is maybe a kind of skin dry, because i have mild skin dryness (i do not know if it was age for me)
yes we are weak, fatigued, we see the difference of your photos when you were a beautiful well builded guy and the last where you see sick, fragile, odd,
with time you will recover and be as before slender
12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg

Hey Stan
thank you for your encouragement.
when I started having the problems of hair (dandruff), my hair was fatty (oily hair), and i had scalp problems (particularly itchiness, scalp it was visibly red. I tried a lot of shampoos with no results.
But today these problems are gone, and I hope my hair will grow back after the withdrawal.

DV -- You look great in the first two photos! And the Mediterranean looks great!
Congratulations on one year meds-free. You are well on your way. Healing and growing stronger!
Meds free since June 2005.
"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."
