And we can start trying to notice when we have small experiences of flow even in the middle of being sick. And then try to set up the conditions for that to happen again.
It's kind of like a "Goldilocks zone" again -- the task at hand has to be challenging enough that it's not boring, but easy enough that it's not too frustrating. "Just right."
