Update - I upped the exercises again - very incrementally. Two days ago, as I had forgotten that I am not allowed to eat this one food - it worsens the symptoms (it was just some sauce), lol, it got worse (chest pressure, problems with breathing, more anxiety and agoraphobia, etc). But hanging in here. Tomorrow I'm planning two short walks. My hair has grown almost completely back (after losing it like crazy for a long time). In general, despite what it still is, and how "it still is" is rough, it's better than a year ago. The next year will see still more improvement.
