It'd be best to not come off of Ativan yet, now that you're still in SSRIs WD, Biscotaki. It would be too much for your system. Also, your ADs taper was very short - only 3 months, and after 6 years of taking them. You could try going back on a really small dose of the one you think your body might have tolerated most, to simply take the edge off of your symptoms.
Just wanted to tell you that your body is able to heal from all that you're going through right now, but you simply need some time. Parox gave you some very good links as far as Ativan/benzo are concerned.
