    hell upon waking up.

Has anyone woke up with kidney pains, heart burn and severe anxiety in the middle off the nite? I literali forced myself to sleep woke up 3hours later with a horrible headache, followed by kidney pains and heart burn. I cnt stand this anymore. No one around me understands this, nor do they care much of it, feels lik I'm trapped in this new horror of a life all alone.

Have you had kidney pain before you took meds? If so, it would probably be a good idea to see a doctor about it.

Vitamin C is very helpful for kidney / adrenal pain due to adrenal overwork due to psych meds.

The anxiety in the middle of the night is classic for w/d, but it's also typical of going through a stressful period or having an ongoing anxiety issue. I wish you would start a Journal thread and tell us a bit about yourself, like why you took the meds. We are shooting in the dark, unable to help you well, because we don't have enough info.
    Meds free since June 2005.

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

Yes, cyclicality is an inherent part of WD. And, cycle after cycle, the improvement is better and better. The shorter time spent on drugs, the faster the recovery.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.
