My left leg is still weaker than my right one. I noticed recently that I favor it slightly -- I use my right leg more to get up from sitting. So, I am trying to make an effort to use both legs equally, and my chiropractor has given me a couple of exercises to strengthen my left leg.

For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."
