Hello Sheila,
Thank you for your answer and your advice(councils).
I began to reduce my doses to effexor yesterday evening by removing 10 %. I stabilize my doses of benzodiazépines while waiting for but it annoys me many to have to take it all this time because if I calculated well, the weaning of 150 mg of effexor a day should take me on one and a half year; maybe more...
Another thing(matter) frightens me and it is for it that I so much hesitated to begin and that I did not know by which molecule to begin. It is the fact that I continue to feel sick: it's as if medicines had caused(provoked) a depression which I did not have at the beginning (at the beginning, I was only anxious, but not depressive, I assure(insure) it you!)
As the weaning risks to cause(provoke) me of bad symptoms, I am afraid of having an even lower morale.... And I would not like to make of stupid things.
My circle of acquaintances includes my approach(initiative) and supports me of best that he can. But it is hard for them! I am as in survival:I exist, but I did not really live: I am not any more me of the whole! In your opinion, the fact of weaning(depriving) me of the effexor can help me to become again myself? Is not it irreversible, this state where we feel completely different from what we were before?
As the weaning of the effexor is going to last for a very long time (if I remove 10 % of the current dose with landings from 2 to 3 weeks) I am going to have to continue to poison myself with my noctamide and my prazolam ( lyxansia ) all this time that annoys me really also. I so want it to the psychiatrists who gave me all these drugs without warning me of their dangers!
I hope that you understand me.
I am extremely grateful to you for reading to me and for continuing to encourage me!
I wish you full of happiness in your new life without medicine!
Friendly.

Bonjour Sheila,
Amicalement.
