Stan has given you excellent advice, Dédé. I know you are suffering terribly, but you must cultivate patience in order to heal from this situation. There is no quick solution, but there *is* a slow solution. This horrible period of your life will end, but, paradoxically, it will end sooner, if you proceed carefully and methodically.
Do not increase any of your medications.
