Check 'em out, folks! You'll like them. And remember you knew Luc way back when when he becomes known internationally for his videography....

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

Hey, IAWP-ers! If you came across a piece of news you found interesting (science/antidepressants, etc.) and you think it would be a good idea to mention it in the Digest for instance, please share it with us. Also, don't hesitate to tell us which videos you have found most helpful and informative. Take care!

No worry, Dédé. Soon, you will be able to understand 100% of it, the same way as you will heal 100%. Feel absolutely free to share the videos - more and more people need to learn about it. For some, this info may be potentially life-saving.

    The new video is on the channel;

Now is the time for some music therapy.

Music, Especially by Bach, Helps Reduce Stress
    by Helen Altonn

Music, particularly classical compositions by Bach, relieves stress, says a University of Hawaii music professor.
' "Of all the music we tested in medical school with patients, colleagues and others, Bach's music consistently made the brain work in a balanced way better than any other genre," said Arthur Harvey, who is also an internationally known neuromusicologist.

Even if one may remain skeptical, it's worth giving a shot.

    That's a beautiful video, Luc.

“Baroque music is a style of European classical music in the period from 1600 to 1750. It is epitomized by composers such as Bach, Lully, Vivaldi, Handel, and Monteverdi.

The technical explanation is that baroque music pulses between 50 and 80 beats per minute. This affects your brain waves. It creates a state of relaxation and this creates more alpha brain waves. This moves brainwave activity out of the more stressful and higher levels of gamma and beta. Being in a more dominant alpha brainwave state unleashes more creativity.”

    Hi Luc,

We love music, and this one in particular! It is actually very relaxing and approaches the Adaggio Albinoni ...
Therapy is known to be effective, as equitherapy and therapy with dolphins! But music has extreme advantage of being much more accessible!
5 members of our family, we are 4 to play music (not to mention our dog when we sing the clarinet!): It helps a lot to feel good (except for reading notes ... there that's another story!) sing or play a wind instrument can also help because it forces us to breathe deeply through the diaphragm with very low (belly breathing) is used in breathing relaxation therapy and yoga! And when we do that or we listen to music, there is a notion of sharing, communion ... When we made false notes, we laugh together! In short, music therapy, it is really fun!
Bravo for the video because the landscapes are very well chosen, very beautiful!

Thank you very much for this video, Luke!

    Hi Luc,
