I agree that Balkanization has its disadvantages, but, on the other hand, over-centralization is a problem, too. Every group has its own personality, and its somewhat different / somewhat overlapping priorities, and that can lead to innovation and new insights.
Even a small, new group like Paroxetineprison may grow into having some unique gift to offer to the whole community. It’s very handsome-looking. I’m actually glad to see a new site. I say “the more, the merrier”!
