    Dizzy spell, anxiety and vagus nerve

    Since several days, i experience dizzy spell which seem to be linked on my left arm, and to be better i have to move, i think it is part what is called "spasmophilie" in french, stress in other language, i had vagus dizzy when i was young, i think it is coming back,
    12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg
    62 years old - for GAD - 4 years 3 months meds free [since april 2009]

    vegetables soup - orange (vit C) - curcuma - some meat or fish

    In early WD I had it 24/7, Stan. It seems to be fluctuating these days in my case, though, on average, it's definitely decreased. Moving/occupying your mind with whatever you can helps. It will eventually go away!

    You mention that you had something similar when you were young. It seems that often people in w/d have the temporary resurgence of old problems as they go through the neuro re-building. It is temporary. Maybe try some vertigo reduction exercises? Start very slowly, if you decide to try that. Sending soothing....

    I was sorry to hear you have been having dizzy spells for several days. I'm hoping the symptoms will pass and are not returning. How are you feeling today? I'm sending you lots of healing energy........Barbara
