    The Sun

To show to what extent our CNS is deregulated, let me give you this example. About a week ago the temperatures here got quite high, so I went out onto the balcony to, catch some Vitamin D. After less then 30-40 secs I already started feeling bad, most likely b/c of the higher pulse caused by the hot air. When I got back inside, it took me some time to get it back to "normal". How is the sun for you?

I'm going back to this subject - this info may be very helpful for others; we're having quite a temperature here these days - hot, heavy air. The symptoms get worse in no time. There is an absolute connection between the conditions outside and WD.

I find that I feel worse when it is hot and the sun gives me headaches.
