That's great letting go, gD. Excellent. Do you have an *intuitive* hit about whether to do 2.5 or 5?

Oh, I have had so many itchy bumps in w/d.....

No, nothing really. I had already done another week of tablets so I will take them and work out what to do next week, provided I am coping. Although these raging crayzy vibes are beserk, I like the fact they don't hurt! It will also depend on my sleeping, too. I decided not to visit my regular weeky friend (the only one I keep in touch with) and lie low as we have friends comng tomorrow from Tas. I find that talking really makes the vibrations a lot worse and takes a lot of energy out of me, but then I get exhausted but cannot rest.

Only one worry with this 5% taper (which is proving so far worse than the previous one - but I expected that) - can I do any damage to my brain????

for me, maybe i am wrong, i think about damages:
tapering is not creating damages; maybe cold turkey a little and it seem not sure; the changes made in brain and bowels are the result of years taken
12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg
62 years old - for GAD - 4 years 3 months meds free [since april 2009]

vegetables soup - orange (vit C) - curcuma - some meat or fish

No, tapering slowly -- like 5% -- cannot damage your brain.

Good - thanks! Today feeling more alert and with it. Settled down somewhat but the vibrations are still moderate to high. Will just keep sit at this dose until I feel like going down again.

    2.5% drop

    Increased severity in:
    Head banging –
    Leg/ankle/feet burning pain
Migraines – up, up and up with each drop; h/a went down and then remained same
Head pressure – down first drop, then up and then down
Head vibrations – sl. increase – upper end of scale; increase in severity

    Improvement
Naseau – worse with 2.5% drop
    Breathlessness – big improvement

    Good days – sl. improvement
Bad days – about the same
