    And there are more and more improvements on the way, Cosette. If only possible, do not over-use painkillers. This way your CNS will get back into shape faster.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

    I have always avoided painkillers which most of the time give us other problems like stomach pains.

    chest pain somatization, all is in my head, they are right

    28,29,30 november, when i made my daily walk, after half an hour, without reason (but i always try to not think about my pains...)my chest pain decreased from 100% to 20% maybe; and i could walk very better, less dizziness, less vision bad, no need to rest each 40/50 steps;
    it was the first time since the tapering that i exersized without this thightness chest pain; therefore i had hope that it can occur again;
    today 8 dezember, after half an hour, it came back, it was good to walk;
    the ribcage/spinal that i constantly have is another thing which is 24/7;

    Stan I often told you that most of your symptomes are "in your head" because of your anxiety.

    Stan -- always listen to Cosette! She's "got your number." (Elle te connait....)

    Meds free since June 2005.

    "An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

    Yes, Stan, it will be happening again and again, until the point when it will become a norm.

    IMPROVEMENT or window about one symptome

    when i walked i always had chest/ribcage pain and had to stop and rest regularly, and this since the tapering, it only was 10 steps before stop, others days 25 steps, sometime 40/50 but overhelmed seriously by hormones maybe

    Since several days(15 days) i have this brutal acute tinnitus which is killing me, but all is not as catastrophic, at the same time,

    despite i have strange ribcage, upper back, shoulders, abdomen, bladder etc pains and embarrassements since years, i discover that i am able to walk without resting stopping, just a little and able even to avoid it,
    of course i walk cautiously to not destroy something;
    you cannot imagine how it is good to walk without pains breaths chest hormones twisted!...

    the problem is walking with this ear ringing and deaf wich is killing me 24/7 outdoor and groceries,
