Sheila, I am afraid that for many people just the pills are the culprit. And we all know here that SSRI's do cause damage though healing takes place, there is no guaantee that no permenant damage is done.
I do not read the PSSD fora, and it is not really my issue.

By the way, I have started Omega 3 and will build it up in the coming period. I am curious whether I will notice any effect. Unfortunately, it is not cheap...

Though it is hardly possible to get something positive from the utter hell of repeated c/t's and protracted w/d, all of this unnecessary, I still believe in the possiblity to emerge from this as a healed, wiser human being.

Shel. My sex drive was again the same as before medication, I have no problem, even though I have 50 years (perimenopause). Having faith, It may be the same for you.

Good to hear, Tina (I think your name is Tina?) - thank you for sharing your experience.
2006 Rx'd Cymbalta for approx 1 yr. WD after 4 mos - didn't realize was WD,took Zoloft and Klonopin; tapered K. Spring 2012 experienced major WD symptoms while tapering Zoloft; tried to updose but no relief, back on K 1 mg. Switched over 5-6 mos from Zoloft to Citalopram. Finished Zoloft 1/13; now on Citalopram 35 mg and 1 mg Klonopin. Started to experience withdrawal symptoms from switch (?) approx. 3 months after finished Zoloft (4/13). Now at 35 mg and hoping to start slow taper

Claudius – I still think sexuality is particularly complicated, and that there are many possibilities for healing…

….like, Omega-3. How much EPA + DHA are you starting with? (Not the fish oil mg.) I would like to write it down. I am doing an informal study. What is your thinking about Omega-3 at this point?

For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

Time, time and time, folks. The healing will be taking place. Also, the new ideas for speeding up the whole process will start popping up.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

Sheila, I read the following on the bottle of ym fish oil capsules:
Pure fish-oil: 2000 mg, with 18% EPA and 12% DHA

So that means 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA.
Right now I take 3 capsules each day. The bottle contains 120 capsules so it is stock for one month.

OK, Claudius, I wrote it down. You’re at 1800 mg. Please update me on your journal thread if you note any benefits, side effects, and if you updose. Thanks!
