How great that you’re interested in someone!

You are seeing clear progress so it’s just a question of staying the course, being as self-caring as you can, and it will all fall into place.

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

Thank you for comforting words, Shelia. :) My breathing has been short and worrisome due to how short/slow it seems...my nose is horrendously congested. :(

Looking to the future. Although it does not feel like it, hints of blunted emotion tell me anhedonia will leave someday.

Feeling like absolute shit. I know my closest friend is most likely going to be forced onto AD's, and knowing her, she'll sink further down. What's worse is that she'll likely get punished if she's not put on them and I feel like a failure as a friend if I do not save her from this hell. I'm really upset just thinking about it. I feel like someone hit me with bricks. :( I have another huge concern about her and meds, but I WILL NOT post that.

Missing my crush. I wish I could talk to him but I suspect he's a busy person, so I sent him a message a few hours ago and I am not going to bother him again until tomorrow.

Oh, that's terrible about your friend. This is happening to so many people. It's very painful to feel like you should be doing something. But, there's not much you can do except tell her completely about your own experience.

I did tell her but her mom may force her onto meds. :( I would hate to see her become an anhedonic zombie. I hate it all.

Another 6-7 hours of uninturrupted sleep! :) Although it was not as long as the other day, it is a definite improvment.

theelt -- that's so great about the sleep. A definite sign of your healing.
