That makes me feel a lot better about it, Stan. It usually leaves in waves. I woke up with it gone. I also have bad GERD from Zoloft so that could be a component from it. I get bad anxiety because of the chest pressure. This has happened while tapering off of meds as well, but lasted seconds. This lasted hours.
8 weeks on Zoloft in total, including my 4 week taper, ending on May 20th, 2013. Still going through emotional and partially physical hell.

it is not acute, it will leave, but as you have a anxiety problem, even when off meds, it will come from time to time in some situations , and sometime without reason, you will have to work about when you will no more be in withdrawal to lessen this reaction, who is not an ilness, you are only too sensitive than others, missinterpret the situation and will have learn to cope with, zen, cool, music, yoga, love, walking etc
i have the same but today fight with withdrawal

I deal with it as best as possible, really. I tend to flip out easily. Poetry slam tonight! I have the possibility of winning money through this, so I may not be on much tonight, if at all.

Missing my emotions. Always. Even when I'm doing something, life has just become boring and colorless. I have accepted that it may be like this for a year or so. Sigh. Who knows?

I drank some Vitamin Water and ended up being really hyper. Really. Extremely. Hyper. Like I had 2-3 cups of coffee.

As of tomorrow, I will be off of Zoloft for 2 months and as of Sunday, my taper will have started 3 months ago. I can't believe it! It feels like I started my journey just yesterday. Here's some stats:

    Anhedonia: 10-20% recovered
    Anxiety: 50-60% there
    GERD: 80-90% there.
Insomnia: It varies. Some nights I get more sleep than others, but I consider this to be 40% recovered.

I have a ways to go yet before I am 100%.

I'm scared about the future. Things seems more relaxed now, but I'm too damn scared that I'm going to end up cracking at 6-8 months off or earlier...I'm really nervous about that. But I'm trying to stay optimistic. I'm actually interested in a guy and I'm talking to him. :)
