Thanks everyone for the birthday messages! Stan you look like you are having a good time there!
ooops I realised when I said in the previous post about not having any trouble with food and drinks I had forgotton about the lactose intolerant thing.
I think I am in a bit of denial about this. I keep forgetting and the temptation is there to consume food and drinks containing lactose. It doesn't help when ones husbands buys your favourite dark chilli chocolate for a birthday present and a large Mr Kipling French Fancy cake - a pink one at that! Me is suffering much today :(
I didn't sleep again last night probably as a result of all the bad things I ate and drank yesterday. Well celebration time is over now so I will just have to learn how to be good!
I haven't felt too bad today until about an hour ago. I'm at work and things are starting to spin....only another 3 hours to go and I will be on my way home again.
Sheila I will be saving a lot of celebrating for when I am better. I haven't had a proper night out for about 3 years possibly more but I am planning to go out and get well and truly plastered just because I can (and probably regret it the next day as well)! Not just a night on the town but maybe some time out to go and spend time with the friends I will have and socialise etc. and be 'normal' for a change :)
