Hi Mona, so sorry you are feeling so bad. Have you tried meditating outside? or just sitting outside? sometimes I cannot do the type of meditation that involves sitting still and concentrating, because sometimes I am trembling too much, but at those times a more mindfulness approach can work, that is, just observing myself, my sensations, etc. especially sitting outside just observing the wind in the trees or whatever. Or even drawing, because that really calms me as I have to focus on an object in order to draw it. But I haven't done that in awhile. Or like today I put a foam pad on my porch and just laid down and looked up into a tree for an hour. Anyway hang in there, even this will pass.
