    Your Improvement So Far

    It's a very difficult question to answer - every of our days is different - the symptoms are so changeable, but on average - how much, do you think, you've healed so far? In %?

    I give the first answer!
    in °/°:
    -psychism: 95 °/°: sadness,depressive and suicidal ideas, agoraphobia have gone away.
    Anxiety is still there but bearable and it is slightly decreasing.

    -physical:60 °/° :I am not the same than "before"(I mean:before Paxil because during the last years on Paxil I was not very well).
    I suffer from fibromyalgie with huge pain especially in my left leg and knee but I have a little improvement.
    It is difficult for me to walk alone outside:no agoraphobia(I want to go) but fear to fall.

    i was maybe 30/40 %, actually 50/60 %

    or

    - psy/cognition/memory : 70/80%
    - physical sleeping/walking : 40/50%
    12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg
    62 years old - for GAD - 4 years 3 months meds free [since april 2009]

    vegetables soup - orange (vit C) - curcuma - some meat or fish

    I was trying to think of my %, and I have a huge problem with it - so many factors, such changeability of symptoms - my mind just can't nail this one. Need to have more time to figure it out. Thanks for your posts, Stan and Cosette.

    i understand you Luc, because we have some things which have much improved, and some which have not much improved;
    many give a percent to each symptom: headache %, ruminations %, leg pain %....
    and often before %, and actually %
