    in life , with stress, the food we eat, fatigue etc, the BP level can high a little, and in the same day lower, it is not a reason to be put on BP meds which have side effects in the long term, and will sure make you a real problem with BP in future;
    all these meds are as psychotropics, first times seem well ok , and years after appear the damage elsewhere( and your BP not solved because betablocker , as psychotropics, cure nothing, only force lower chemically some places creating new problems)
    but of course, when someone has very high BP, it is another problem
    doctors like to put people on meds for life, it gives them a life annuity;
    since 4 years i do rarely go to doctor and pharmacy, on meds every month i gave them money;
    today when i go, my actual doctor says: oh long time no see you!...
    12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg
    62 years old - for GAD - 4 years 3 months meds free [since april 2009]

    vegetables soup - orange (vit C) - curcuma - some meat or fish

    Joy – That’s super news about your BP and your success without the meds. Very interesting about the potassium!

    Anna – You are very funny!
    Meds free since June 2005.

    "An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."
