Day #4
still a good day overall although more depression, just feeling lost, but made it to ballet class and back, around 3pm took 1/4 a Seroquel --had not had any daytime Sq since I stopped the Remiron, just didn't need it, not that anxious. then another 1/4 at 5pm, started feeling kind of down then way down but not the same as the Rem depression, more like the earth was falling away from under my feet, more of a physical sensation, very strong. I laid down on my bed and my son brought me some Thera Flu in a cup of hot water. After the Sq hit I felt better and went out to my meeting. Still kind of shaky, my jaw shakes, balance way off, like I am being held and slowly flipped over and back.

day #5, still good for the most part, mood a little lower, some sadness, and around mid afternoon the all over headache from shoulders up to skull starts, a low buzz like a lawn mower in the background, constant, not debilitating, just there. more feelings like I am falling through space, ground is moving away underneath me, but it's okay, not worrying me, I know it's an illusion. wanting to do some writing but not able to concentrate on it. wanted to stay home to do so, ended up going out to a meeting so as not to be alone all day. still reading Farber book, ordered Toxic Psychiatry from library by Peter Breggin, sat in sun in my garden for a couple of hours. I am so grateful for my garden. And for this forum.
