Dear Bisco, I'd keep it the same for a while until you get a tad bit better in terms of your AD WD - going down with the dose of Ativan would aggravate the AD WD symptoms, going up wouldn't make much sense - your goal is to eventually heal from these drugs. And it will happen. It will happen. It's a hard hard way, but we will be helping you as best as we can. Let us wait for others to chime in with their ideas.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

    Bisco,
wondered if you increased the dose, just curious. I wanted to know if you had increased PDOC dose ativan. No, better not raise the dose.
Maybe I have not explained well, lol

Dear and sweet Parox, Stan and Luc, thank you so much for your care and support.
No, I have not increased the dose, and am not planning to do so ..
I am trying to pay attention to the symptoms and when they change ..
It seems that things are a bit better after I dose st 6:30 am.
But after I dose at 10:30 am, symptoms escalate. Head pressure, breathing, heart, unsteadiness, dizziness.
After the 2:30 pm dose, symptoms continue ..
At this point, I get bedridden ..
After the 6:30 pm dose, symptoms start to get better ..
    What you think?
    Much love and appreciation ..biscotaki

    Hello Bisco
It is difficult to answer because I do not know exactly how you feel. I guess I would do what you do: pay attention to the symptoms. Observe the patterns of improvement and worsening, and interpret ...
    I would do these questions:
Why do I feel better after taking ativan at 10:30?
Do I feel the difference between before / after taking the pill? Do I feel better before taking the pill? Will I feel better after taking the pill?

I would do some of these questions and would try to answer or a hypothesis

Maybe 10:30 making me feel good because I have many hours without, and due to the dependence on the dose body is asking me?

Now if I would try to be very, very, veryyyyyyyyy cautious with cuts

Bisco, the best you can do is listen to your body, no one knows better than you. Many in this forum take medications because a doctor or a person told us we were "sick", we continue to take medications because we thought we "sick", and now we're here because we listen to our body ....

    Big hug

Do you take the same dose at those times?
Well if your symptoms become worse after your 10:30 and 2:30, then increasing the dose i guess will make things worse..
