Thanks for your loving words, bisco!

Basically, every single cell in our body has a cell membrane made of a combo of Omega-6 and Omega-3. If the cell membrane has too much Omega-6, it is hard and inflexible. This is a problem everywhere in the body, but especially in the cells of the brain, where it interferes with neurotransmitter signalling. The receptor sites on the cell membrane are inflexible and don’t work as well.

If your cell membranes have more Omega-3, they are flexible and wiggly and very responsive, and it makes your whole body run the way it is supposed to!

It’s all about flexibility!!!! At every level of existence!!! ;)
