    It definitely is a wave. Those always end, Alex. Was there anything that you changed recently? You ate something other than usual, over-exerted yourself physically, etc?

    No Luc; but it has been one of the most powerful experiences since this nightmare begun.

    I really don´t know how I´ve been able to endure such an extreme sensation of anguish and despair..almost got out of myself.

    The best way to describe my situation right now: "dead man walking" an empty shell.

    One "good" thing though; it can´t get any worse; I guess...

    Is this posible at 8 and a half months off?? yeah, I know...YES.

    One philosophycal question: after being in the lowest circle of hell, what´s next??

    how is the healing? even after 8 months or much more?

    we have to be worse in a symptome during one day, 10 days, a month or more, before it improves, and in future go less deeper; i experience it every day,
    there do rarely exist a linear improving; it is the bad waves people speak about;
    we have to be busy with things, eat healthy, and wait it pass; it will not be for ever;

    Definitely so - through windows and waves, through better and worse, it keeps improving.

    at 8 months off, it is often 100% chemical depression, it is much deeper than a natural classic depression; but remember, this depression will clear as quickly as it appeared, i expirienced it

    Alex – It just occurred to me that you might be experiencing the depressive wave that often happens to people somewhere in the 5 – 9 month period. I was the most severely depressed then, and the depression was never that bad ever again. We do not know why this is a rather predictable phase, but it is. It will not last.

    "An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

    Hi Alex, On a post of Omega 3's you had mentioned you were maybe going to increase to a higher dosage..I am wondering if you did and if going to the higher dosage could have caused a temporary setback in your depression?

    Hello Joy, no, I haven´t made any changes at all.

    Let me tell you this: after one of the most terryfying, hellish week I´ve had in months, since this ordeal begun, today, I´m having a quite clear window...

    This is the bizarre nature of this beast.
