    Very Depressed

I have been very depressed to the point I believe my life is in danger.

I have an enormous sense of loss; I feel I am in a dead end: no money, no joy, no love, no sleep, NO LIFE...

I really need some meaning to continue, to keep on walking, but I find it very hard.

It would be so sad after all my life struggling, to losse this battle.

    I´m really scared.

As I´ve said, I´ve had improvement, but my personal situation + w/d is too much.

I have to fight the dark thoughts 24/7 since a few days ago.

    I am sorry

we all go through these times. Actually, even people who arent in withdrawal go through moments like this and since we have withdrawal to deal with, it makes it harder. So, hang in there. We are here to support you.

Thank you all brave, good, loving people; I am in a bad wave. I went to see an old good friend, I talked to her about this terrible process, and I´m better now.

    Thank you thank you.

That was great you went to see an old friend. I'm so glad you are feeling better. I *know* how bad a bad day can be, but try to rationally remember that you have been feeling much better very recently for quite a long time. This is just a neurological re-organization day. Distract, entertain yourself, wait for it to pass.

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

Is it really the waves a sign of the brain struggling to heal??

Or is it part of the "amplfied" reaction to a stressful situation like the one I´m going through money wise?

    Or is it both?

Yesterday was really awful; very, extremely depressed and hopeless, one of the worst waves I´ve had in months...when it was time to sleep, I was drained; but I had a "tolerable" night...this is tough!!

One thing "comforts" me: I have almost no physical ailments. But the emotional rollercoaster is overwhelming sometimes.

I really hope my history of "short" time on the drug, no CT, and no other drugs or RI, helps me somehow.

It could be all of the above. It all depends. The general and overriding rule though is that, with time, the intensity of symptoms goes down.
