I would like to know from the more experienced people in this forum what is that they call "EARLY WITHDRAWAL"

Well, it's a stage when the WD symptoms are simply at their worst, incapacitating, very very intense. It's a very general term in a way - depending on the length of taking drugs, dosage, personal characteristics (physiological and psychological), environment, and many many others, the so-called "early" WD may last from just days to weeks, months, or sometimes longer.
