Keep walking. Just keep walking.
For me:
-blurred vision
-dizziness
-feeling extremely tired
-gastrointestinal problems
-arythmia
-loss of appetite
-muscle pain
-insomnia
-suicidal ideation
-weight loss
+ Agoraphobia
Severe anxiety since childhood .SSRIs for OCD.
Major traumatism in my life:Prozac during short periods.
Deroxat (=Paxil) during 7 years.
Three unsuccessful atempts to quit.
Deroxat free since may 2008 (Cold turkey )
While on Paxil, I felt better than I ever felt before. Not in a euphoric kind of way. More about the absence of physiological anxiety and more even emotions. The problems didn't begin until I developed a tolerance.
Oh except for the weight gain. I didn't realise until more recently that the extra 45kg was largely due to Paxil.
In the past a TCA gave me a horrible horrible dry mouth.
Aropax (Paxil). Currently at 13mg and holding.
Added Endep (amitrypline) 12.5 for sleep - 11 July 2013

The only side effect I was really conscious of at the time was dry mouth. It was also obvious that I was gaining tons of weight, but I didn't care -- spellbound -- and I don't think I attributed this to the med. The other side effects I only realized in retrospect.
agitation, dizziness, dry mouth, exhausted, sleepy, and unwell, GI, headache, weight gain
Meds free since June 2005.
"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."
