Hi Alex, glad to hear you saw some improvements even though you've since seen a dip. Surely a good sign.
I can't bear to watch anything which might contain violence or anything disturbing - i've felt like this for a year now. I just watch comedy and documentaries at the mo.

Alex -- you're making good progress! Yes, there will still be waves, but they will happen less and less.

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

After two or three weeks having "fairly" good nights, I had a bad one last night.

It all started with a sense of anxiety, I fell asleep, but woke up with that anxiety-fear feeling again.

Iīve been watching a little more tv, and last night I watched some violent gangster movie...but I didnīt feel it was affecting me, but maybe it did; I donīt know, this syndrome is incredibly weird and evil.

Of course, today I have the awful sense of doom and dispair; fear, deppression, dark thoughts...not as bad as they used to be, but they are there telling me:"YOUR LIFE IS OVER"

It's a typical WD pattern, very insidious and painful - gets better, then gets worse. But even the "worse" gets better with time, and eventually you heal for good.

From what I have experienced yes, it does. But my sleep is very good now at this time and yours will be as well.

Thank you Luc and M&M, last night was better;it is just that I have to control the anxiety-fear of not getting sleep.

After a few weeks doing better I had this bad nite and I lost my confidence; but Iīll be ok again.

    m&M, beautifull thought and picture!

What a great picture and commentary to it, M&M! There's so much truth in it, it's unbelievable.
