    Vive la Resistance, Cosette!

    Meds free since June 2005.

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

Today seems to be better for me and I want to give you hope for the future.
    That's the spirit.

Can I also suggest that you both take joy in the really simple things of life. Look at a flower blooming and consider how magical that is. Watch a bird flying across the sky and consider how it doesn't 'think' and 'stress' the way we do. Yet it survives. Watch a young baby being wheeled past in a pram and marvel at the simplicity of procreation, pregnancy and birth. Muse at the shape of clouds in the sky and imagine what they represent - what shape they are and what that represents. If you have a cat, or know someone who does, notice how it NEVER suffers from insomnia .....
