Hello, I would like somebody to tell me about sleeping problems, and how they evolve during w/d

I know I am in early w/d 6 and a half months, my sleep is very disrupted, I wake up every hr.and my quality of sleep is very bad.
How this symptom evolve in later w/d?

    I would like your comments.

In general, no matter how serious those problems are, the sleep will keep improving, Alex. And the pattern is the same as for other symptoms - waves and windows, but the waves will be getting less and less intense. It may take some time, but you will get there. It all gets less disrupted, more smooth.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

Alex, did your sleep issues start during your taper or when you were off the drug? how has your sleep changed over the past 6 months?

From what I have seen everyone is differnent, for some people sleep improves quicker than other symptoms, its very random.

Are you able to sleep in during the weekends or are you awoken very early every morning and unable to get back to sleep?

Are you able to fall asleep ok when you go to bed?

I'm glad you posted this question here, too, Alex!

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."
