    What are these sympotms?

1.If i touch my arm or legs or any part of my body, it doesnt feel like i am touching it. Yes i can feel it, but it doesnt feel 'like' it. Its the same with objects and other people. Its like i cant feel anymore, but i can. Really weird

    2. Also, i react extremely bad to pain since all of this. If someone just pinches me, i start to cry and can feel the pain intensely. I feel pain much more. I bumped my elbow 2 hours ago really hard, the pain was soo unbareble i tought i broke my arm. There isnt even a bruise. And i had symptoms similar to that of a panic attack, although i never had one. I was vomiting, bad diahoerra, shakking, nausea and feels like i want to faint.

Whats happening to me? Why am i having worse sympotms than most ppl? I only took the drug for 4 years. I might have had a reation to cymbalta, but even people with reactions feel better right about now. Im just crying so badly now. I dont want to suffer anymore. Does it mean because my symptoms are so intense im going to take long to recover?

Looks like neuropathy and fibromyalgia-like symptoms. "Like" because they are temporary and will be improving with time, Needinghelp. They are very very common in WD. To reassure you - I haven't met/heard of a single person who would, all of a sudden, stop improving, or not improve at all. This entire experience is horrible, but your body will be healing.

Thanks Luc. This isnt permanent right? It does go away completely? This is really frightening.

Do i have all the symptoms imaginable in withdrawal? It sure feels like it... I hope all of this goes away completely and never comes back

and no, you dont have all the symptoms, you havent got akathisia :) thats somehting to be eternally grateful for, and you dont have LOADS of symptoms, that i wont name because your brain is too improessionable...your sleeping well arnt you? that will help you recover

But the symptoms you are having are horrible, in a way I envy your symptoms because with DR you know its not you causing it, but with this anxiety I always blame myself and think I must be causing it

I think the symptom of feeling "like" you can't feel touch is an aspect of depersonalization. It will definitely go away completely. It's unpleasant, but it's not dangerous at all.

"An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

your perceptions are altered, i had it very strong, could not take a shower since 3 years off, water on skin very bad feelings, actually better; it is maybe hyper excitability in perception which give hot skin, dry skin, itching, the taste of tongue is weird, all these things diminish with cycles waves
12 years paxil(9 years only 10 mg) - cold turkey(1,5 month) and switch celexa tapered 1 year 20 mg
62 years old - for GAD - 4 years 3 months meds free [since april 2009]

vegetables soup - orange (vit C) - curcuma - some meat or fish
