    Thanks for the update, Stan. Even if slowly, the improvement is happening. Day and night. And despite not being there yet, you put some much work into the forum. This will help you recuperate faster. Just stay the course, my friend.

    You wrote "walking stiff in constant alert, have" - how is your balance in general these days?
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

    walking less stiff, less in alert, standing a little better, less suffering, more energy, can walk more far with less chest pain; hope it is not a window, seems definitive little improvements; feeling as i am going down the mountain i so long were climbing;
    i have difficult sensation when lying horizontal, but it was worse before i am as now since a while; new problems (ear deaf tinnitus, bladder, gallbladder area, low back pain, maybe kydneys) but when speak in street, just little overhelmed, my muscles to stand, to walk seem to come back, derealization is here, but some period of day very manageable; the worse seem to going to horizontal bed, the eyes focus concentration standing excitability seems very better, akathisia has lessen; all is here but much more manageable livable; if i had do CBT, it seem to be unuseful, having made heavy improvements only by waiting and walking slowly ; a little fatigued when on computer; but i sleep in the morning, not night;
    if i do not had these strange problems in bladder and gallbladder diaphragm(hope it is not cancer, i take the risk to not go to doctors) i could say i am seeing the light of the tunnel, even having back pain, dry mouth eyes...
    i will see this month what will happen

    There's no doubt you have improved so much, Stan. And it doesn't neccessarily need to be a window these days, but the improvement in general. I truly believe that one of your next updates (at 48 months off) will be even better than this one.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

    Meds free since June 2005.

    "An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

    I know what you mean about sleep Stan. But windows are good. From what I 've heard, there will be more and more of them until you don't even notice windows anymore. Yayyyyyyyyy for healing!
    Aropax (Paxil). Currently at 13mg and holding.
    Added Endep (amitrypline) 12.5 for sleep - 11 July 2013
