    I so know what you mean, Stan. It's really frustrating, but it's just the recovery pattern; next time the "worse" will be just "bad", and then the "bad" will become "tolerable", and so on. Eventually all pieces of the Rubik's Cube will make that final click in their pre-designed places, and we will have healed. Just a tiny bit more.
    Keep walking. Just keep walking.

    "An initiation into shamanic healing means a devaluation of all values, an overturning of the profane world, a peeling away of inveterate handed-down notions of the world, liberation from everything preconceived. For that reason, shamanism is closely connected with suffering. One must suffer the disintegration of one's own system of thought in order to perceive a new world in the higher space."

    Good to hear you got some decent sleep Stan although I do realize, from your post, that it was not a comfortable night.

    Stan, I hope you don't mind me sharing something that I implement. I post reminder notes for myself and place them in view. For example, you can place a reminder note on your pillow so when you go to bed you will remember to engage in progressive relaxation for a few minutes.

    Also, (and I can only speak for myself) I find that if I leave progressive relaxation for bedtime, I'm too tired to engage in it. So, I engage about an hour before and several times during the day. That's what works for me but I do realize that each person will have to design a method that works best for them.

    In the near future your nights will become better and better. This is such a long journey but eventually things do start to click into place.

    my regular chest pain forces me to regularly stop;
    tiredness
    off balance, ribcage and spinal pain

    today walk
    my regular chest pain has diminished 90 %;
    i stopped rarely and because of tiredness,
    off balance, ribcage and spinal pain

    You are being very brave and disciplined, Stan. I really admire that. You *will* heal, and I think things will get better as soon as we all recover from the holidays.
